Rock Steady Boxing (Parkinson-Specific Exercise)
Rock Steady Boxing is an evidence based, non contact boxing program designed specifically for people with Parkinson disease. It focuses on balance, strength, agility, coordination, and voice activation.
Research shows that high intensity, repetitive movement exercises can help slow functional decline and improve mobility and mood.
